Please use the “Apply Here” option on our homepage to apply for a wholesale account. After applying, you will receive an email confirming your application. Accounts are reviewed within 48 hours. If you do not hear from us, please reach out to help@eyecandyla.com for further assistance.

 

Product Images:
All product shots are taken with a high-quality camera. The images are reviewed prior to placement on our website to ensure accuracy. Due to different quality settings on computers, we are not responsible for the color settings placed on your system. Thus, slight differences in color between the website and the physical item is possible. Returns for differences in color hue are not an accepted reason for return. If the item you received has a major difference in color with that on the website or you received the wrong physical item, please email help@eyecandyla.com.

Shipping:
For orders less than $150, shipping costs $15 per order. Shipping is through UPS and takes 5-7 business days.

For orders $150 or more, free shipping is provided. Shipping is through UPS and takes 5-7 business days.

Expedited shipping is available for a fee of $30 at checkout. Shipping is through UPS and takes 2-business days. Ships next business day.

 

Refunds and Returns:
All returns must be requested within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise, according to the tracking number. Return Authorizations (RAs) will need to be approved. Please email help@eyecandyla.com with the following information to request a return:

  • Order number
  • Products requesting to be returned – including style name or style number
  • Reason(s) for return

If an RA is approved, you will be provided store credit for a wholesale order. To receive store credit, the item(s) must be shipped and received by our company. When received, store credit will be provided at that time. Do not ship out your return prior to receiving an authorization.

If an item is received damaged, please send photos of the items claimed to be defective to help@eyecandyla.com. Items deemed defective will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Please include the following information for the return:

  • Order number
  • Products requesting to be returned – including style name or style number
  • Reason(s) for return
  • Photos of items claimed to be defective
